1 cup white sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350. Prep baking sheets with silpats.

In a separate bowl stir together the sugar, brown sugar, oil, molasses, pumpkin and vanilla then add to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Drop by Tablespoons onto the prepped baking sheets. They don’t spread very much so they can be placed only an inch apart.

Bake for 14-15 minutes, let cool on a wire rack.

Thank you for these. I make them with chocolate chips rather than nuts and raisins, and I just made a TRIPLE batch. ooh, and I add rum extract. OMG.

I’ve loved everything I’ve made from your site (old recipes). I’ll have to try some of your new ones. So, Thank You, and Merry Christmas!
