Caramel Ice Cream Sundae Cupcakes
Ok, really – is this too over the top? Don’t answer that.
All I’m doing is assembling here:
Make the caramel sauce – set it aside.
Make the ice cream – chill it in the freezer.
Bake the cupcakes – let them cool.
Cupcakes+Ice Cream+Caramel Sauce.
No, there’s no whipped cream – good lord I have SOME self control!
(I thought about it, trust me.)
