Charlie Brown Thanksgiving cupcakes
A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving was an important part of my childhood, I looked forward to watching it every year.
Everyone remembers Snoopy’s the famous Thanksgiving menu: buttered toast, pretzels, popcorn and jellybeans. What kid didn’t want that for Thanksgiving?! I decided to recreate this famous holiday meal in cupcake form. Makes perfect sense…right?
Charlie Brown Thanksgiving cupcakes
Ingredients:
pumpkin cupcakes (recipe here)
whipped cream cheese frosting (recipe here)
mini toasts
mini pretzels
popcorn
jelly beans ( I used jelly bellies because they are smaller)
Instructions:
First I printed out a cute Pilgrim Snoopy and glued it to a popsicle stick. This would serve as the backdrop for the treats.
Frost the cupcakes then assemble all the pieces of the Holiday Meal.
Serve alongside pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving.
Sooo cute! I love those Charlie Brown specials.
what an adorable idea!!
now i’m craving some popcorn…
This is cutest idea! Love it! Going to pin it.
Now I know what to do with my 20 bags of Pirate’s Booty popcorn. Still gushing over this since last comment.
Too cute 😀
love this and the sentiment behind it :o)
I got a rock. 🙁
Adorable 😀
So wish I spotted these before Thanksgiving… but I still can’t resist linking on EdibleCrafts.CraftGossip.com. Even 3 days later. This is genius!
I think this is my 3rd comment under this post. (Yes, I’m nuts.) I just wanted to let you know that I was truly inspired by your Snoopy cupcake and made a “Charlie Brown Thanksgiving” cake.
I hope you can drop by for a visit. http://scrappysugargirl.blogspot.com/2011/12/thanksgiving-2011.html
Merry Christmas!

Where did you find the Pilgrim Snoopy image?
Thanks for sharing! My son’s Birthday falls on Thanksgiving this year and I would love to make these! I’ve bought the jelly bellies and mini pretzels already. What did you use as the little wrapper around the cupcake to hold all the “elements?”
OMG this was a lifesaver! My son was have a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving theme party at school and I couldn’t find anything! This helped me out so much and it was a hit with everyone!
@Rosanna How fun – a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving theme sounds like a dream!
Where did you find the snoopy pilgrim?!
@Christine I found the image online.
Where can I find the cupcake wrappers? I like that it can hold the “toppings.”
You can find them online, they’re usually listed as “tulip wrappers”
These were very tasty. Easy to make. I didn’t worry too much about getting the look of the cornucopia. I am all about the taste. and please visit us: https://www.beckandbulow.com
