Chocolate Covered Corn Chips
Two wrongs don’t make a right, right? Well not in this case. This sounds like it won’t work, but trust me it does. Serve it at parties and confuse your friends! They’ll marvel at your culinary genius and then when you’re happy with the accolades you’ll decide you want to cover everything in chocolate. This is when you should probably step back and not…do that. Just saying from experience.
Salty. Sweet. Crunchy. You’ll want this.
2 cups salted corn chips (I like to use the large Fritos Scoops)
6 ounces chocolate
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then dip the corn chips halfway. Lay them on a silpat lined baking sheet and place in the fridge for 10 minutes to harden then remove from the baking sheet.
