Salty + sweet can be pretty addicting, esp during late night tv watching…just sayin’. While a lot of people dip sweet things like cookies into chocolate, I thought a crunchy salty cracker sounded like the best thing ever.
The cracker provided just the right sweet and salty combo, and as a bonus crunch I topped it off with some chopped pecans. Amazing. This may be my new favorite craving snack!
6 ounces Milk Chocolate (good quality melting chocolate)
1 cup pecans, chopped
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then dip the crackers halfway down.
Cover with the chopped pecans and place on parchment to set.
