You need colder dough. The only thing I could say is maybe mound the dough up? If your problem is the spreading, get it into more of a ball shape and see what happens. @dawn

I chilled the dough for more than an hour (it still didn't seem very stiff, though). They don't have a nice, thicker shape like yours do. Any ideas?
