4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 cup corn
1 can black beans
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Put the chicken in a crock pot, topped with the sliced onions. Add the corn, black beans – then the garlic powder, onion powder and cumin. Season with salt and pepper.
Turn on low for 5-7 hours. Serve with the cooked rice.
