Oh, I wish I saw this before making my elmo cupcakes. It would’ve been much easier to use the colored sugar. My kitchen towels are now covered with red spots. =P

So that’s how you did the texture! I thought you had frosted them red, then saw the texture and decided you had just dyed the batter red and there was no frosting. I see now. Came over because I really was trying to figure out what you used for the black part of the eyes. Very creative!
