**GIVEAWAY**
Ok, I’m posting this a bit early, but next week, I’m going on vacation with O.G. It will be like the Amazing Race with no running and all the yelling. FAN…tastic.
So I’m having a big giveaway of…BENTO SUPPLIES!! If you don’t have a bento supply store in your hometown or you’re just too lazy to go to the store, then this is the prize package for you. I hand picked all this cool stuff just for you!
First up: Shapers.
You know about the egg shaper, but there is also a rice shaper because who doesn’t need a rice ball in the shape of a bear’s head…or a child head. Whatever, Japan. And – turn your boring square sandwiches into fun animal shapes. (That shaper is the easiest to use of all, just press down on your sandwich!)
Next: Picks.
Oh how I love picks. They are so cute and it eliminates the need for a fork.I have an assortment of animals and also FLAG picks. Whee!
What else do you get? Chopsticks
These fun chops are cool – even for adults – if you don’t feel steady with the chopsticks. Just put them on and instantly you can start shoveling the food into your mouth. Also – are you laying your chopsticks on the table when they’re not in use, like a common peasant???? One – don’t. That’s rude. Secondly, wouldn’t you rather rest them on a chillaxin’ rabbit? (Seriously, I don’t know who thinks of these designs.)
Food Separators. What.
God forbid your food touch other unlike-foods, so here are little plastic food separators. They are as thin as paper – cute animal ones and yes, the old sushi standby…grass. (These packs should last you a lifetime.)
Finally the weirdest yet cutest of all – Sauce Bottles.
These things are so freakin’ small they even include an eyedropper to get the sauce in there. Ok, I don’t need sauce that badly that I need to use an eyedropper full, but whatever. You can’t deny that the bottle tops on these suckers are BEYOND cute.

It’s -34, my nice outdoor swing (a 2 seater with recliner chairs and awning) broke under the heavy snow, I work in an elementary school and the kids are Christmas Crazy, my eldest is having a sleepover and his friend is already bored, I need to get groceries but my jammies are SO comfy.

The last time that you posted about this store I was really excited and looked them up to find the store nearest to me. I would very much like to get in on this giveaway; while I live in a small town in Arkansas called Bald Knob; which is not far from Searcy, AR; I have never seen any type of stores there that sell this type of cooking supplies. Also I enjoy doing different things with cupcakes, cookies and cakes when baking. Also, being a diabetic, I have had to adjust recipes using different types of sugar that is good for diabetics; I still have to adjust the moisture, and baking powder in order for the baked goods to come out good, and delicious. I have seen many recipes on this site, and enjoy reading them. Keep the recipes coming! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
P.S. another reason I would like to win this giveaway is that our anniversary is 12/21/09. (18 years!)

LOVE the eye dropper to get the sauce in there! I have some quirt bottles that I use for icing and getting the freaking icing in there is the hardest part!

What a fantastic giveaway! I read your blog via RSS, it’s great.
My favourite recipe is probably plain biscuits – it’s easy, it’s customisable (add ginger, cocoa etc) and it’s great for cutting into cute shapes for bento!
2oz sugar, 4oz butter, 6oz flour, cook at GM2 for 25 mins

I have 21 minutes left to enter this contest. I love “your” Cap’n crunch Chicken! First time I had it was at Planet Hollywood when it was on Kalakaua, totally rocked my socks. Love using your recipes on the kids, although some of them don’t fly too well with them, like the Trader Joe’s alaphabet soup. Damn I thought for sure they’d eat that stuff up. Yeah NO! Hmmph!
