Hello Kitty’s 35th Anniversary
I got a special invite to the VIP opening night party for the Three Apples – Hello Kitty exhibit at the Royal T Cafe in Culver City. It’s Hello Kitty’s 35 anniversary so there was a big party with tons of press, celebrities (Paris Hilton and Kimora Lee Simmons showed up) and of course…sweets!
What’s a birthday without a cake – three of them: strawberry, vanilla and chocolate!

i was just checking out your site and noticed you had pics of the cakes they had at the three apples event. do know if royale T made them or if they ordered them? or if you know a recipe for or where i could find one like the strawberry cake there that would be super and i would really appreciate it. cause it was the best cake ive ever had and i want it at my wedding. thanks a lot
