Sure you can go to the store and buy graham crackers, but they will be square and have those little holes all over them.
I need mine in the shape of…Stormtroopers. They will do your bidding.
ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup whole milk
In a bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda. Set aside.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream the butter and brown sugar. Once combined, add the honey and vanilla.
Alternate the dry ingredients with the milk until combined. When the dough starts to pull away from the bowl, you’re done!
Separate the dough into two disks and wrap in plastic wrap. Keep the fridge until you are ready to use.
Roll the dough out to a thin 1/8 of an inch. You can cut squares like a traditional graham cracker, but I used stormtrooper cookie cutters for a very specific project.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes depending on your oven.
Let cool on a wire rack. Here Spatula Vader rallies his troops before they are eaten.
These smell and taste like store bought graham crackers – but waaay better. I’m sure all stormtroopers eat these homemade graham crackers to gather strength before they fight the rebels!

Those cookies are so cute! I also love your Darth Vader spatula! Where did you find that?
@CanineCologne
Thanks! Williams Sonoma has all the Star Wars products in stock right now.
thanks for the info! those are so cool!
When I hear graham crackers, first thought that comes to mind are S’mores! How cute would it be to have S’mores troopers?!
amazing!! cant wait to try these. i am always on the lookout to make everyday treats more healthy for my kids!!
I bought the spatulas from Williams Sonoma as well. I love evil cooking.
Star Wars Graham Crackers?! My boyfriend would love these. This will be the perfect birthday treat for him since he doesn’t like cake.
So I’ve had these cookie cutters for quite awhile now and didn’t know what to make with them. Thanks for the idea! I actually made them today and they are really, really good!!! My kids absolutely loved them.
Thanks again. BTW, I love your site.
Love it. How many stormtroopers does the recipe make?
@Emily
A lot~! I think it was about 3 dozen.
@Claudia – Jenn has many many suggestions for the Star Wars cookie cutters!! You should check through all her recipes, because she is a genius. Grilled cheese sandwiches, anyone?
Love the site, Jenn. Please keep up the good work because we are raising two Star Wars geeks, and you are helping. There is no Williams-Sonoma in Canada, so on a recent trip to NYC, I schlepped the 9 year old all over the city to buy all their SW gadgets. I thoroughly enjoyed telling the customs agent I spent $100 on cooking gear….
