It depends where you live. Out here I get it at a restaurant supply store. You can also buy it off the internet.

I’m here from Crafty Crow and I love this idea! I make these same cookies every Christmas too and they are the best straight from the freezer. I just love the idea of making them into an ice cream sandwich. I have never seen anyone else make these cookies before–it is like looking at a photo of my own!
