Loki Cookies
Thor: Ragnarok comes out in a few months and I can’t wait because my favorite villain Loki, will be back in action! Tom Hiddleston’s Loki is perfectly villainous and the God of Mischief will be up to even more tricks this time around.
In anticipation of the movie I decided to celebrate THORSday by making Loki sugar cookies! Sweet Prints Inc has the perfect Loki cookie cutter to make these noble cookies.
My Tom Hiddleston autographed Funko agrees, these are the best cookies this side of Asgard.

Loki Cookies
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
yellow food gel dye
you’ll need:
Loki cookie cutter
Instructions:
In a bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In the bowl of an electric mixer cream the butter and the sugar. Add the egg, vanilla, and a few drops of yellow food gel dye.
Add the flour mixture until combined. When it pulls away from the sides of the bowl, the dough is ready.
Wrap up the dough in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until you are ready to use.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prep baking sheets with silpats.
Roll out the dough and use the Loki cutter to cut out shapes.
Place the cookies on the prepped cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes, let cool on a wire rack.
