I’m busy. You’re busy. We are all running on the hamster wheels of life. Well, I guess hamsters are movin’ on up to cars now but I’m old school and foot powered. In other words there’s a lot going on and feeding yourself or your family shouldn’t take a back seat.
People always ask me how I plan out meals for the week so here it is, every Monday I make a loose plan, afterall there’s still art, karate and chess class I need to fit in too so sometimes things get shifted or passed over completely. A plan is a good thing to have so that you don’t find yourself weeping on your knees in front of the fridge come dinnertime.
I’ll post my weekly meal plan every Monday should you need ideas for your own weeknight dinners and let me know what you’re eating too, we can all use some insight into new ideas! Granted today is a Tuesday and a poorly named day to start Menu Planning Mondays but yesterday was a holiday and we need to get back into the groove asap!
