Mochi Making 2014
Another year, another 100 pounds of mochi. Ringing in the new year with The Food Librarian while we make a ton of mochi is my most favorite holiday tradition.
This year the family assembly line was in full force and we were so efficient that we had plenty of time left over to eat, socialize and eat some more. A year full of mochi? I’ll take it. Happy 2015!
