we just made these with a sprinkling of chopped ghiradelli 60 % cacao chocolate chips, which kicked it up a notch… rave reviews from 5- and 7- year old gourmets… considering stir-ins like matcha powder or black sesame…

btw, mr. donut green tea version is to die for!…

Looks good! This reminds me of a traditional Japanese treat called “taiyaki” except yours has a hello kitty twist! Here’s the article about “taiyaki” on wikipedia:
