They melt in your mouth and you can hardly feel that you've eaten 10 of them already. Is that a GOOD sign...? By the way JENN, did you grow up eating Kauai Kookies like I did? Have you developed a corn flake cookie recipe yet...? I was a bit skeptical at first. I'm a fan of salty sweet, but I never really gave much thought to the potato. It was usually chocolate covered pretzels that were my downfall.
