I am writing a paper for an English/journalism summer course about how the internet has opened up ways for people to share new creative recipes and/or foods that some may be unfamiliar with. I think your website is an amazing example of this! Would you be willing to share a brief anecdote or two or answer either of the following questions?
1. Do you feel the internet allows people to be more creative when it comes to culinary endeavors? If so, in what ways?
2. Are there any interesting or rare food products that are only available online and not in any groceries or markets in the U.S.?
