I made it twice to celebrate my son´s birthday. First with family and friends and it´s true adults also love it!!! And then I made it for him to take it to school...the kids were amazed!! It adds, well - liquid which can sometime make things runny if you are going for a certain color. Gels get the color right with very little. @Lindsey

It turned out really well. The top of the cakes weren't as bright as yours (mine turned out brown on top) but when we sliced into it the colors looked fantastic. We had only 4 colors (from the neon liquid food coloring box) since our grocery store doesn't have gel food color. The cake was a huge hit, everyone thought it took forever to make!
