Star Wars Grogu Heart Cookies to Support Cookies for Kids Cancer

It’s Valentine’s Day, the sweetest time of year and a great time to bake for a good cause!

Every year I help my friend Julie at The Little Kitchen with her annual Good Cookies Food Bloggers’ Valentine’s Event, where food bloggers show their support by helping to raise funds and awareness of childhood cancers for Cookies for Kids’ Cancer. These past few years have been difficult already, moreso for children diagnosed with cancer and their families. So it’s important to raise awareness and continue to raise funds for ongoing pediatric cancer research.

These little Grogu cookies show much a little bit of love can lift your spirits. Made of matcha and brown sugar cookie doughs, he’s holding pink candy hearts for Valentine’s Day. Make these for your friends and family and help spread the love!

Our goal is to raise at least $3000. Because these three companies: OXO, Mediavine amd Dixie Crystals have each pledged to match our donations raised through this campaign up to $3000! That means when we raise $1, it turns into $4!

Help us make a difference by donating to Cookies for Kids’ Cancer. Be sure to visit the other bloggers participating in the Valentine’s Day event and check out their recipes!

Step 9: Slowly add in the dry ingredients just until the dough comes together.

Step 10: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prep baking sheets with silpats or parchment paper.

Step 12: Roll out the brown dough to 1/4 inch thick. Flour the cookie cutter and cut out Grogu’s body. Transfer onto the prepped baking sheets, aligning the body with the head. Use two small pieces of brown dough to create Grogu’s collar. Add across the seam to cover where the head and the body meet.
