Sweet Potatoes Two Ways and a Pyrex giveaway!

The new year is a good jumping off point for starting fresh. While everyone has good intentions of eating right, sometimes it’s hard to give up your favorite dishes. That’s why reinventing something you already love is easy with a few substitutions.

For the new year I’ve taken sweet potatoes to a whole new level. My original version is decadent and over the top, so I’ve changed it up to make it lighter but still maintain that sweet and delicious comfort food that is so familiar. A little change can go a long way in making you feel satisfied without weighing you down. The choice is yours of which you decide to make. No judgement in the new year!

Just like decadent comfort food, Pyrex bakeware has gotten a makeover for the new year too! Pyrex has been used by my family for years and I often transport my dishes to parties and gatherings. The glass dish now has built in sturdy, comfortable grip handles which makes it easy to carry when full of food.

They’re perfect for hot dishes as well as cold foods like Jello and salads and now they come with lids! It’s like my prayers have been answered, no more plastic wrapping the top and hoping nothing spills! Plus new Pyrex Bakeware Portables come with a freezer pack and a zippered carrying case, making it easy to transport your potluck dish to the next party.

Pyrex is giving away one of these beautiful Bakeware Portables complete with easy snap leak proof lid and durable carrying case to one of my lucky readers! Your potluck cred with soar when you show up with one of these! (Just make sure you get it back.) Here’s how to enter:
