I’m excited to be a featured blogger for King’s Hawaiian and my first post is up – Toasted Coconut Coffee Ice Cream in a Mac Nut Cookie ice cream sandwich!
Inside that giant box of goodies they gave me was King’s Hawaiian Toasted Coconut Moloka’i Whole Bean Coffee. It smelled so good that I decided to make homemade coffee ice cream out of it. But why stop there? They also gave me some of their King’s Hawaiian Macadamia Nut Shortbread cookies and I just knew an ice cream sandwich was in order!
