12 days of cookies – Day 7: Batwich filled with ganache

I don’t throw a party unless is a themed out-make me crazy-over the top extravaganza, am I right?

So I put these Batman bat-symbol cookies in the ‘snack bar’ for the Baby’s Batman birthday party.

There should be a superhero that leaves cookies as his calling card. Yeah, I should work on that.
