Baymax Cupcakes
I can’t get enough Baymax. He’s just so loveable! And squishable! And easy to turn into baked goods!
Baymax Smores, Baymax cookies, Baymax easily lends himself to delicious treats. So I baked up some mini cupcakes and topped them with Baymax heads. On a scale of 1 to 10 these cupcakes make me happy!
Baymax Cupcakes
Ingredients:
you’ll need:
cupcakes, baked
mascarpone frosting
white candy melts
black icing
Instructions:
On the flat side of the candy melt with a #2 tip and black icing, pipe two circles, then a line connecting them.
Place on top of the frosted cupcakes and serve.
