BBQ Sauce Burgers
When I make burgers, rather than add sauce as a condiment I like to incorporate flavor right into the meat itself. That way you know you’re getting a tasty burger, right off the bat.
I liked making my own homemade BBQ sauce because you can control exactly what goes into the recipe and change it to suit your taste. By adding the sauce right into the meat mixture, all the flavors come out during grilling, making for a tasty, flavorful burger every time.
