Beauty and the Beast: Grey Stuff, It’s Delicious
Ever since Lumiere sang the words, “Try the grey stuff, it’s delicious! Don’t believe me? Ask the dishes!” in Beauty and the Beast, the world has been captivated on just what was in that grey stuff??
Was it sweet, was it savory? It most certainly was grey and definitely tasty. I decided to take it upon myself and create a recipe for a delectable dessert, perfect for any dinner party even if your guest is an absolute beast.
This grey stuff is made with creamy mascarpone, with the sweetness coming from a touch of sugar and white chocolate. A happy treat to end a pleasant dinner with your friendly dinnerware.
