Chicken Apple Patties
Sometimes the best recipes come together by looking into your pantry and saying, now what? Things that I always have on hand, green apples and King’s Hawaiian sweet bread rolls. Already that sounds like a great meal to me, but let’s get some protein in there to round it out.
Chicken and apples go amazingly well together so I made some patties using ground chicken. Little bites of sweet chicken make these perfect for breakfast and they also pack up nicely for a lunchtime bento.

These look soooo good! I just stumbled upon your blog – so glad I did! There seems to be a problem with your subscribe button though :(.
I made these for my almost 3 yr old’s first lunch at real daycare. I sent him off with 7 small patties and he came home with only two, so that means he liked them! I decided to peel the skin off the apple and then grate it so that it would be less conspicuous for my picky son. It worked! Also, my one yr old cannot chew too well yet, so the shredded apple was better for him. I am so thankful for any recipe that passes as edible by one or both of my sons–THANKS JENN!!!
