Chill Chewbacca Summer Star Wars Cookies
Star Wars and summer go hand in hand. (Ooh, bad hand joke since so many Star Wars characters seem to lose their arms.) In any case it’s the perfect season to enjoy Vader ice pops, C-3P0 ice cream sandwiches, and more.
Summer brings the heat and Kashyyyk can get a little hairy, so Chewbacca likes to take some time and enjoy the rays. These wookiee cookies are a great way to beat the heat and chillax all summer long.
Chill Chewbacca Summer Star Wars Cookies
Ingredients:
brown sugar wookiee cookies, baked
orange icing
black icing
white icing
Instructions:
Onto the baked cookies, use orange icing and a #3 tip pipe the rim of the glasses onto Chewie’s face.
Use the black icing with a #5 tip to fill in the lenses and his nose.
Add details to the glasses using a #2 tip and white icing, and add his teeth.
Once the icing is set the cookies are ready to serve.
Can’t stop laughing looking at these cookies, Chewie looks so stylish! I’m trying to adapt this recipe to a gluten/dairy free version, let’s hope it turns out as beautiful and delicious as yours!
