I made some mini pies last year using sugar cookie dough. One could use graham crackers as well. Would y’all say the chocolate crust is the best combination with the pumpkin filling? (I used to be undecisive, but now I’m not so sure 😉 )

  9. justJENN says:

It’s up to you, I just think chocolate adds a different flavor that’s a change from the original.

  10. Katelyn says:

I’m thinking of making these, is there any certain tray/pan that I should use? Like a certain size or type.

  11. justJENN says:

Just a regular-sized muffin tin works fine.
