Cream Cheese filled Pancakes
Pancakes are by far the most comforting of breakfast foods, and so very versatile. They can be filled with fruit, chocolate, nuts, and can reach next level with the most decadent of fillings. I’m talking about sweetened cream cheese. My kid loves cream cheese and was pleased to find a creamy surprise in each pancake.
Serve with a side of fresh fruit, this breakfast is a nice once in a while treat when you want to have a special morning.
