Crispy Kalua Pig
Even though we’re all working from home now, midweek meals can still be tough. What to make, what to eat, it’s overwhelming. A tried and true recipe is this Kalua Pig in the crock pot. Just 3 main ingredients, then set it and walk away. A true savior of a dish on a busy day.
Once the pork is done, shred it and crisp it up in the oven. Or don’t. Some of us don’t even have time for that. Either way you’ll have an easy weekday meal that you don’t have to worry about. Serve it over rice or on Hawaiian rolls, and enjoy!
