Crock Pot Cinnamon Chicken
Cinnamon is one of my favorite flavors to work with. It lends itself so easily to both sweet and savory dishes, it’s flexibility is endless.
This Cinnamon Chicken is made in the crock pot and When it comes to dinner, simplicity is best. Just a few ingredients and turn on the crock pot and set your mind at ease. The fragrant cinnamon is subtle, yet Warm and flavorful. An easy weekday dinner that always has the kids asking for seconds!
Crock Pot Cinnamon Chicken
Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 can chicken broth
1 can water
Instructions:
Place the chicken in the crock pot. Add the garlic, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Slowly add the chicken broth and water along the side of the pot, careful not to disturb the spices.
Turn the crock pot on to low for 6-8 hours. Serve!
Looks pretty yummy, do you have a pot inside the pot? Its hard to tell in the pic, but kinda looks like it?!?!

If you mean the crock pot – yep, it’s removable.
I’m not a fan of cinnamon. But, I took one for the team since the husband and the 5 year old daughter LOVE it. It surprised me how subtle the cinnamon was. Yummmm!
