When you live for crafting like I do, upcycling products is a way of life. I have sketchbooks full of ideas and I love when one comes together that looks like a lot of work but with minimal effort.
That’s why I was happy to see the Diet Coke It’s Mine display at Target. Coca-Cola created beautiful, uniquely packaged bottles that looks like works of art. Diet Coke knows you love them so much that they wanted to personalize these bottles just for you. No two Diet Coke It’s Mine bottles are the same which of course, makes you want to buy all of them!
This special packaging of Diet Coke has the same great taste Diet Coke fans love but are only available for a limited time. Once you have them you definitely won’t want to get rid of them. That’s why I figured out a way to enjoy these special bottles all year round.
Once I drank the Diet Coke and the bottles were empty, rinsed and dried, I individually added condiments into each of them. One holds salt, the other pepper, both of which I use several times a day in my recipes.
For the other two I simply added a spout to the bottles. It’s easy to do and allows you to handily use the bottles while cooking. I filled them with oil and vinegar, which I also use to season my daily lunch salad.
If you purchase at least 4 bottles of Diet Coke exclusively at Target, you receive a special 10% off, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout. A great deal, and if you’re like me and spend way too long looking at each bottle to see the different designs, luckily Target provides an exclusive carrier for you to easily take all the special Diet Coke It’s Mine bottles home.
Pick up Diet Coke It’s Mine bottles and use them as your own craft inspiration!
I just love these bottles, they’re so pretty and I love how you up-cycled them into such useful items that you can enjoy daily!
They obviously must be 100% dry to put dry condiments in so how do you dry them completely?
@Charlene Leave the bottles upside down in an open drying rack overnight.
This is great. But Did you put anything on the top for the salt and pepper?
