Fancy Nancy Tiara Cupcakes
Ooh la la! Nancy Clancy loves everything fancy: pink, butterflies, tutus, the fancier the better! Nancy’s fancy world extends to her clothes, her parties, and definitely her food.
These lavish cupcakes are full of style and embellishments, topped with candy tiaras that resemble Nancy’s own resplendent crown. Adding a little fancy makes everything more fantastique, that’s French for fantastic!

Fancy Nancy Tiara Cupcakes

Frosted cupcakes
Ingredients:
6 oz yellow candy melts
6 oz blue candy melts
Edible pearls
Large heart sprinkles
Instructions:
Step 1: Wrap and secure parchment paper around a rolling pin.
Step 2: Place yellow candy melts in a heat-safe bowl and microwave at 15-20 second intervals until melted.
Step 3: Pour the yellow chocolate into a piping bag or a decorating squeeze bottle and pipe the tiara on the curved surface. Let dry.
Step 4: Place blue candy melts in a heat-safe bowl and microwave at 15-20 second intervals until melted.
Step 5: Pour the blue chocolate into a piping bag or a decorating squeeze bottle and pipe the flowers. Quickly place a pearl into the center of the flowers. Let dry.
Step 6: Place purple candy melts in a heat-safe bowl and microwave at 15-20 second intervals until melted.
Step 7: Pour the purple chocolate into a piping bag or a decorating squeeze bottle and pipe the squiggle details. Quickly place a pink heart sprinkle at the top of the squiggles. Let dry.
Step 8: Once the tiaras are solid, carefully remove from the rolling pin and place on top of the frosted cupcakes to serve.
