Greek Salad Wrap With Mission Carb Balance Tortillas
Greek salad is one of my favorite meals and I always have the ingredients on hand at home. However, these days I’m always on the run. Whether it’s rushing to a meeting or picking the kids up from school, I find it harder and harder to find time to sit and leisurely eat my favorite salad.
Luckily I cook Mexican food several times a week so tortillas are a staple that are always in my kitchen. Since we eat tortillas for several meals, it’s nice to have a healthy alternative on hand. Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Soft Tortillas are soft and delicious, just like their regular counterparts.

Greek Salad Wrap With Mission Carb Balance Tortillas
Ingredients:
Romaine Lettuce
cucumbers, sliced
tomato, diced
red onion, diced
Kalamata olives, chopped
Feta cheese
olive oil
red wine vinegar
salt and pepper
Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Soft Tortillas
Instructions:
In a bowl, toss the lettuce, cucumbers, tomato, red onion, olives and feta cheese.
Sprinkle with olive oil and red wine vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
Spoon salad onto the tortillas and wrap burrito-style.
Slice in half to serve or wrap in plastic to take on the go.
My favorite way to use them is make tacos
