Instant Pot Teriyaki Steak Tips and Mushrooms
I’ll admit, I needed convincing when it came to the Instant Pot. I have so many kitchen appliances I really didn’t think adding another one would be of any use, (this from a woman who dumped her air fryer) but boy was I wrong. I’ve used mine about twice a week since I got it and it’s been amazing. I’ll admit having The Child as decoration on the Instant Pot was a big plus too.
Instant is a bit of a misnomer because it takes a while to get going, but once it does the results are great. I’ve made so many things in it from congee to chowder, but mostly I use it to make my own bone broth. Really though, any appliance with Baby Yoda’s face on it is an immediate win in my book.
This recipe is easy to make because I just throw everything in, perhaps that’s not really the best way to use an Instant Pot but take it from me, when you’re short on prep time it works out perfectly fine.
These steak tips are the perfect weeknight meal, and your own hungry Baby Yodas are sure to be satisfied.
