Lychee Sorbet
I never used to be a fan of lychee, but tastes change as you get older and now I can’t get enough. Whether they’re fresh or in the can, I’ve used lychee as inspiration in both savory dishes and sweet, but desserts are where the flavor really shines.
Ice cream, sherbet, sorbet, any frozen dessert is an instant fave of mine, so I came up with a way to enjoy lychee by icing it up into a sweet and refreshing Lychee Sorbet. This easy frozen treat also makes a great base for a shave ice. Add some mochi balls, sweet red bean and condensed milk and you have the dessert of the summer!

Sounds delish!! How many ounces are the cans? And do you throw the syrup in the blender, too or just the lychees?
