Marvel Secrets at Disneyland

This weekend Guardians of the Galaxy-Mission: Breakout! opened at Disney’s California Adventure and to say fans were excited is an understatement. On opening day the line wait was over four hours long with fans jumping at the chance to ride the raucous E-ticket attraction. Having been on the ride 5 times myself at a press preview, I can tell you I almost lost my lunch. Almost. Then I got my sea legs and headed right back on to enjoy it again. It’s fantastic!

With everyone distracted by the fantastic themeing and rockin’ tunes, it was easy to miss some very important clues hidden around the attraction. It wasn’t until Marvel tweeted out a photo of this Avengers manhole cover as cryptic confirmation…of something.

Until then, Disneyland guests have been surrounding this thing day and night, taking photos for instagram. Surely something Marvel-ous is coming our way in the future, but what? We’ll just have to wait and see.
