Monkey Kingdom Party
Disneynature’s Monkey Kingdom is a film about the adventures of Maya and her son Kip. Narrated by Tina Fey, it’s a tale of family and survival of the Macaques monkeys set in the beautiful, lush ruins of Sri Lanka. The film crew spent 1000 days on location to capture all the magic of the daily lives, through the seasons, of the monkey family.
Disneynature’s goal is to bring wildlife stories to the big screen to entertain and educate audiences. The movie a wonderful family friendly film that will give you a new appreciation of animals and the world around us. Here’s how you can throw a party to celebrate monkeys and go see Monkey Kingdom now playing in theatres everywhere!

Termites are a source of food for the monkey family. Origami termites are much easier on your home than the real thing and look beautiful when hung from the ceiling as party decoration. (available for free download from the Monkey Kingdom Educator’s Guide online)
