P.S. I Still Love You Snickerdoodles
I didn’t think I could love these books more, then the movies were released and I fell in love all over again. To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before and P.S. I Still Love You are both out on Netflix so you can watch them back to back forever on a loop…like I’ve done so many times.
Lana Condor and Noah Centineo are the ultimate Lara Jean and Peter Kavinsky but man, you just can’t deny Jordan Fisher as a musical swoon-worthy John Ambrose. Under the guiding hand of author Jenny Han as both writer and producer, the movies definitely do the books justice.
One of my favorite things movies is that they continue the books’ thread of how much Lara Jean loves to bake. In the movie P.S. I Still Love You Lara Jean pulls a fresh baked Snickerdoodle out of her locker, and as someone who bakes through every emotional up and down, I can totally relate. So I did what any sane binge watcher would do, I queued up the movie for a second viewing and started up my mixer.
These Snickerdoodles are perfect for snacking along with the movie, which I will start watching for the third time…immediately. LJ + PK forever. (Although John Ambrose does give him a run for his money.)
