Pom Sherbet
The weather is heating up in SoCal and so is my brain trying to come up with ways to stay cool. Let’s just say my ice cream maker is getting a full workout lately.
Pom Wonderful sent me some delicious pomegranate juice which is great source of antioxidants and a refreshing way to beat the heat. It seemed like an ideal flavor for a frozen dessert and with the addition of other healthy ingredients I knew it would make a quick scoopable sherbet. Topped with a few chocolate covered pomegranate seeds for texture and this Pom Sherbet is a fun and flavorful summertime dessert.
