Self-Rescuing Princess Cupcakes
Today is International Women’s Day and I thought there’s no better day than to post these Self-Rescuing Princess Cupcakes. I first made this cupcake as a gift for my friend Amber Benson‘s birthday and it quickly became one of my favorites to make. A lovely pink candy crown and two little swords sit on top of the cupcake, sweet, strong and empowering.
Bake these today for all the little girls you know or for the grown women who inspire you. Be your own hero, and do it with cupcakes.

Place the candy melts in a heat safe bowl and microwave at 30 second intervals until melted. Pour the melts into a piping bag or a decorating squeeze bottle.
