Star Wars Baby Yoda Carriage Cookies
The new season of The Mandalorian is finally back on Disney+! It’s been a long time Baby Yoda, we’ve missed you. Especially this year. He’s the joyful gift we all need.
Even if you haven’t seen the show you must know who The Child is because he’s everywhere and for sure will be the hottest toy of the holiday season. For me, he’s my baking inspiration and I’ve been trying to think of new ways to make Baby Yoda cookies a part of my baking routine.
I found this adorable cookie cutter by Nimbly Merch on etsy and I was drawn to it specifically because it has Baby Yoda in his little pram. I already knew I wanted to make the pod a different colored dough from the baby himself, and this cutter was perfect for that.
I changed him out with matcha dough, and used pink Starburst for his little ears. Now this cute l’il Star Wars cookie is ready to roll, just in time to settle in for The Mandalorian premiere!
