Star Wars Wedding Display Centerpiece
Often times I come up with ideas but find other people who do it even better. For a Star Wars themed wedding celebration I wanted to create an easy tongue-in-cheek centerpiece that was Star Wars, but with a wedding twist.
Etsy to the rescue! Just as I was about to design my own, I thought, I bet someone has already made one and done the work for me, and voila! I found Raven and Unicorn on etsy had made an adorable Star Wars wedding card.
While this was meant to be a greeting card, I knew it would be a fun framed print as well. With just a few supplies I easily turned this card into a wedding celebration centerpiece in no time flat.
Star Wars Wedding Display Centerpiece
you’ll need:
Star Wars Wedding Card
1 (5×7) clear acrylic frame
1 (5×7) white paper
double stick tape
I got creative and decided to use the included envelope as a matte. You can use any kind of paper, but the envelope was already so pretty, I knew it would make a good background.
After cutting off the backside of the card, use double stick tape to adhere it to the envelope, then double-stick that to the white paper.
Slide it into the acrylic frame, and you’re done!
