Vampirina Ice Scream Sundae
A ghoulish girl in a human world, “Vee” Vampirina Hauntley is a little girl trying to find her way when moving from Transylvania to Pennsylvania. Along with her parents, they own the Scare B&B, a monster motel bed and breakfast for creepy visitors.
This special spookylicious dessert would feel right at home on the Scare B&B menu, a terrifyingly terrific treat that takes on all of Vampirina’s stylish traits, complete with chocolate bat wing pigtails.

Vampirina Ice Scream Sundae
Ingredients:
You’ll need:
2 ounces black candy melts
Batwing template
Sundae ingredients:
Strawberry ice cream
Purple Ube ice cream
Chocolate cookies, crushed
Pink heart sprinkles
Instructions:
Step 1: Place black candy melts in a heat-safe bowl and microwave at 15-20 second intervals until melted.
Step 2: Place a piece of parchment over the template and spoon or pipe the candy melts to create the bat wings. Place in the freezer to set.
Step 3: Scoop small balls of strawberry ice cream around the outer edge of a serving bowl.
Step 4: Scoop a large scoop of ube ice cream on top of the small strawberry ice cream scoops.
Step 5: Place the chocolate bat wings on the two sides of the ube ice cream.
Step 6: Add the pink hearts at the base of the bat wings for the ponytail holders.
Step 7: Add the crushed chocolate cookies on top to serve.
