Vanilla Ice Cream
An easy no-cook vanilla ice cream on it’s own, easily adaptable as a base ice cream for almost everything.
ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups whole milk
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream and the milk.
Whisk in the sugar until dissolved. Stir in the vanilla.
Cover and refrigerate until cold.
Pour into your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s directions.
Spoon into a sealable container and keep in the freezer until ready to serve.
