vegan chocolate tofu frosting

Tofu frosting is a reality. If you’re thinking stinky and crumbly think again because silken tofu is as smooth as…well, silk! Silken tofu can be found in the refrigerated section but shelf stable boxes are also available for your pantry.

Its soft buttery consistency makes it a wonderful alternative to butter. You’ll be surprised at how it magically turns into a creamy, delicious frosting. Add in cocoa powder and you’ll have the most amazing vegan frosting you can imagine, and no one will even know it’s tofu!
