I rarely revisit blogs, but I always come back to yours. I love your combination of humor and the great recipes. I really appreciate that you incorporate a lot of the Asian ingredients that I was raised with and love. I was wondering if you ever used tofu or have any recipes that use it or know the facts about substituting it for meat? I love meat, but I would love to see what you could do with tofu, because I always have it around. Anyway, doesn’t matter, almost all your recipes are excellent, and I just wanted to let you know that and how much I enjoy your blog.
