FIVE STARS!! What’s your rating scale?
LOVE these. Sooooooooo easy to make, and everyone loves it!! Especially kids.
Of course, not the healthiest, but it’s not like you eat them all the time. Unless you’re me. I make them all the time. And eat them all the time. And I’ve passed the recipe on to about 5 people since, who have loved them as well.
So yeah… single-handedly clogging the arteries of America. But so worth it!
I’m a cooking moron…when you say a “whole bunch” what’s that mean exactly? 1 cup, 2 cups…I need exact directions or I swear I’ll ruin it.
we also use hot dogs for these we call them pig balls.
oh my i love these, it also goes great with pillsbury crescent dough wrapped around the smokies and shredded cheese.
Do these smokies get soggy or drenched in bacon fat? I’d like for the bacon to remain somewhat crunchy so i’m trying to decide whether to slow cook these or bake them.
Thank you!
@Christine It depends how fatty your bacon is, I prefer the meatier bacon.
